**Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing drywall as needed.
- Perform commercial painting tasks in various settings, including offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities.
- Restore and maintain existing painted surfaces to enhance their appearance and durability.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and provide updates on progress.
- Follow all safety protocols while working with chemicals and heavy equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Reliable daily vehicle
- Proven experience in painting and decorating, preferably in both commercial and industrial settings.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading to accurately execute project plans.
- Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in the painting profession.
- Knowledge of drywall installation and repair techniques.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to restore surfaces while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Experience in construction painting is a plus; carpentry skills are also advantageous.
- A strong work ethic with an emphasis on attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.

Pay: $18.50-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
