Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors and sponsors
- Plan and execute fundraising events, including galas, auctions, and charity walks
- Write compelling grant proposals and manage grant reporting requirements
- Utilize various fundraising techniques, such as direct mail campaigns, online crowdfunding, and corporate partnerships
- Maintain accurate donor records and track fundraising progress
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for fundraising initiatives
- Provide excellent donor stewardship by acknowledging contributions and maintaining ongoing communication

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in fundraising or sales, preferably in a nonprofit setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and volunteers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using fundraising software and CRM systems
- Knowledge of fundraising best practices and industry trends
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for the mission of the organization

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

**Benefits**:

- Flexible schedule

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Signing bonus
