Fire and Flood is looking for a Skilled Carpenter to join our growing team in our Prince Albert location.

We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for executing quality carpentry work on construction projects. You’ll play a key part in maintaining a safe, efficient, and organized job site, while bringing a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail to every task.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Follow all health and safety protocols, including site-specific procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free job site
- Check personal tools and safety gear daily to ensure functionality and compliance
- Complete required on-site documentation and paperwork accurately and on time
- Perform framing, drywall, trim, and finish carpentry on restoration and construction sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Safely operate hand and power tools, ensuring proper use and maintenance
- Collaborate with project managers, trades, and other team members to meet deadlines and quality standards

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of carpentry experience is required
- Physically fit and capable of lifting, bending, and working in various conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow instructions closely
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using smartphones or tablets for documentation and app-based tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Valid driver’s license

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
