If you have worked in wholesale within the fashion industry and share our values of love, authenticity and responsibility, we are looking for you
- Ability to make cold calls,book appointments and follow up the orders.
- Assist with execution of trade shows and events.
- Willing to travel and attend various industry trade shows
- Experience with accessory stores & speciality store an asset.
- Ability to develop strong long lasting relationships with customers that lead to an increase in sales
- Resolve customer queries and keep them informed of delivery status.
- Work closely with the sales team and ensure that deliveries are on time.
- Deliver extraordinary service to all customers
- Exceed all service and sales targets
- Helping with promotions
- Advising customers on their purchases
- Independently manage sales cycles
**Qualifications**
Strong customer service skills, 4-5 years experience minimum
Good Computer skills, Strong leadership skills
Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
Positive and cheerful attitude
Multitask, organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Ability to analyze and solve problems
Strong sense of initiative
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
