Triad Contracting is looking for a Material Handler/Yard Master for our upcoming season and beyond

**Responsibilities**:
Maintain professional conduct at all times Works in the yard and warehouse actively helping customers Deliver material to private homes and construction sites Prepares customer orders, securing on the skid with banding and wrapping according to weather and loading conditions Communicates with crews and office staff

**Requirements**:
Must be familiar with basic home building construction in order to sequence loads Position requires good communication and interpersonal skills to be able to assess customer requirements and provide satisfactory solutions Must hold valid 'DZ' level driver's license with at least 3yrs experience Must have strong communication skills and be able to understand customer requirements.

**Salary**: $15.50-$35.00 per hour
