Dispatcher/ Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including transportation, shipment tracking, and inventory management.
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Utilize transportation management systems to optimize shipping routes and reduce costs.
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading trucks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving logistics-related concerns.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette when communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other communication tools.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of freight forwarding processes and transportation regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize logistics operations.

**Salary**: Up to $50,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
