Pacific Industrial & Marine Ltd., a division of The Hazelwood Group, is seeking for a full-time **Yard Labourer** to join the team of hard-working, dedicated staff at its Duncan-based facility.

**Compensation**
- $24-$28 per hour, depending on position, experience, and qualifications

**Summary**

Reporting to the Stores Department, the Yard Labourer is responsible for maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient yard environment. This role requires a hands-on individual who takes initiative and works well both independently and as part of a team. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

**Job Duties**
- Perform general yard clean-up and maintenance.
- Organize tools, hardware, and equipment to maintain an orderly work environment.
- Safely operate a forklift to move materials as required.
- Assist with pickups and deliveries as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
- Adhere to workplace safety policies, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Promptly report any unsafe conditions, accidents, or injuries.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license (required).
- Forklift experience is an asset (training can be provided).
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under mínimal supervision.
- Monday to Friday schedule: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

**Summation**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
