Savanna Well Servicing is looking to grow our business and we are currently hiring for the role of **Service Rig Floor hand **based out of several our field office locations in Western Canada.
- **We are looking for a Energy Safety Canada (Enform) Competent **_**Floor hand**_ **based out of the CENTRAL ZONE (Leduc, AB) with at least 1 year experience in the industry.**_

**Responsibilities**
- Following and enforcing relevant policies, regulations, and standards per JHA's and SOP’s
- Operation and maintenance of Power Tongs and Rod Tongs
- Effectively assist other members of the crew
- Cleaning and maintaining the equipment of a well servicing rig
- Understanding the job scope, potential hazards, rules and regulations and equipment considerations
- Supporting Savanna's core values in all aspects of day-to-day operations and decision-making
- A team-player with the ability to build good work relationships
- Ability to effectively lead and mentor other individuals
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to maintain composure under stressful conditions
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage his/her own time & tasks effectively
- Attentiveness and good listening skills
- Reliable with strong safety values
- Relevant functional and technical skills

**Education**
- Valid H2S Alive
- First Aid Certification
- Valid Drivers License
- Enform Floor hand Competency preferred
- Airbrakes endorsement is preferred
- Class 1, 3, 5Q Driver's License considered an asset
