**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately.
- Monitor, maintain and update pharmacy narcotic inventory.
- Process prescriptions and insurance claims
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies
- Help with medication administration under the supervision of a pharmacist

**Experience & Skills**:

- Successful applicants will have experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
- Must have a current and valid Canadian Pharmacy Technician license.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling medications.
- Familiar with Windows and comfortable with learning new technology.
- Experience with WinRx an asset.

**Perks**
- Licensing fees paid by the pharmacy after 1 year.
- Fees for uniform scrubs will be reimbursed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
