**Location**: Downtown London, ON (In-person)
**Position Type**: Permanent, Full-Time
**Salary**: $44,000-$47,000 annually

We’re passionate about helping people live safely and independently in their own homes and communities. We're currently seeking an **Intake Social Worker** to join our Program Support team.
**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Supervisor, this role is part of a small, tight-knit team. You’ll be responsible for coordinating services, processing referrals, and advising clients on the types of programs available.
This is a heavily administrative position involving phone-based (and potential in-person) intake assessments, completing forms, and working closely with field staff and program coaches. You’ll be key in helping clients access the support they need with care and efficiency.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Receive and assess program & client referrals via phone & in-person.
- Conduct intake assessments and identify client eligibility.
- Coordinate intake logistics and provide program guidance.
- Liaise with community resources and internal teams.
- Complete administrative tasks such as scheduling, form completion, and data entry
- Identify trends, track services, and assist with continuous quality improvements
- Participate in training and program development as needed
**What You Bring to the Role**:
- Bachelor’s in Social Work (BSW) or Social Services diploma
- New grads with some social services or customer service experience encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of the London, ON area
- Exceptional communication, client service, and coordination skills
- Ability to adapt to changing demands
- Culturally competent and comfortable working with vulnerable populations
- Familiarity with social work support programs in the London, ON area is an asset
