**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation of food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining areas, kitchen, and storage spaces.
- Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures to ensure the health and safety of customers.
- Handle food items with care, ensuring proper storage and labeling practices are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak service times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and restocking supplies as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for the food industry and a willingness to learn new skills related to food handling and preparation.
