Kiewit is hiring **Class 1 **Water/Rock Truck Operators** for the **KEA5 joint venture **Highway 5 Rebuild Project** located **South of Merritt, BC**

**Requirements**:

- Class 1 license with Air
- Clean Drivers Abstract within the past 3 years required
- Experience operating Water Trucks, Tandem/Tri Axel Rock Trucks
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Construction Environment

**Shift Information**
- 50-60 Hours a week
- Mixed regular and irregular hours
- LOA and Rotation may be available depending on management approval

**Additional information**

- Heavy Equipment Operators are responsible for operating heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner. They will also be responsible for the basic maintenance of equipment, safety around equipment and the compliance of markers, grades and stakes.

**Project Information**

The contract for development and early construction work on sections of the Coquihalla between Hope and Merritt has been awarded to KEA5, a joint venture between Peter Kiewit & Sons and Emil Anderson Construction. The multi segment highway rebuild is located on the stretch of Highway 5 between Hope and Merritt, BC. The main hub will be located at Juliet Bridge, roughly 30km south or Merritt.
