**Globo Shoes in Champlain Mall is looking for a Part Time Team Leader Associate.**

**YOUR ROLE**:

- Maximize personal and in-store sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a customer-centric omnichannel experience.
- Ensure all team members comply with company policies and procedures.
- Help control operating costs through effective payroll and asset management.
- Ensure the store’s brand is aligned through flawless visual presentation and marketing displays.
- Contribute to a diverse and inclusive atmosphere, free from discrimination and harassment, that reflects our **People First** philosophy.

- High school diploma (D.E.S.)
- Strong leadership, motivation, and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule based on your state or province
- Able to bend, lift, and move boxes weighing up to 35 lbs (16 kg)

**VOTRE RÔLE**
- Maximiser les ventes personnelles et en magasin en faisant la promotion des initiatives de marque et en offrant une expérience omnicanal « axée sur le client ».
- S’assurer que tous les membres de l’équipe respectent les politiques et les procédures de l’entreprise.
- Aider à contrôler les coûts d’exploitation par la gestion de la paie et des actifs.
- Veiller à ce que la marque du magasin soit alignée grâce à une présentation visuelle et à un affichage marketing impeccables.
- Contribuer à une atmosphère diversifiée et inclusive, exempte de discrimination et de harcèlement, qui reflète notre philosophie Les gens d’abord.

- Diplôme d’études secondaires (D.E.S)
- Solides compétences d’encadrement, de motivation et de service à la clientèle - Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
- Capacité de travailler selon un horaire variable en fonction de votre État ou de votre province.
- Capable de plier, de soulever et de déplacer des boîtes de 35 lb (16 kg)
