*Duties*
- Provide excellent customer service to prospective tenants
- Conduct property tours and highlight the features of available units
- Utilize Yardi or similar software to manage leasing activities
- Negotiate lease terms and agreements with potential tenants
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with administrative duties related to leasing and property management
- Maintain relationships with current tenants to ensure satisfaction

*Experience*
- Prior experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week

Schedule:

- Every Weekend
