**Job Overview**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Operate high reach forklifts safely and efficiently to transport inventory
- Load and off-load materials from vehicles as needed
- Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy, and check pick tickets against the BOL
- Follow company allergen program when putting away received products
- Pick customer orders accurately, build well-structured pallets, and stage them for shipment
- Wrap pallets properly before loading onto trucks
- Maintain detailed records of completed orders
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Adhere to health and safety policies, ensuring a safe working environment
- Follow standard operating procedures to maintain efficiency
- Utilize effective food safety measures during warehouse operations
- Perform inventory counting and verify shipment contents against picklists
- Organize stock by putting away items and maintaining bin and shelf organization
- Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse and yard
- Lift items up to 55 lbs as required
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Valid forklift certification required
- Previous experience operating high reach forklifts
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 55 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
