**Washrack Technician/Tank Cleaner**: We are looking for a Washrack Technician for our shop in
**Edmonton, AB.** This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who has shop experience and a passion for safety.

Pay:

- $24.50 per hour
- plus shift premium of $1.50

Shift/Schedule/Hours:

- Sunday to Thursday 3:00 pm
- 11:30 pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Exterior washing and assisting with internal cleaning.
- Hose testing/cleaning.
- Pump flush.
- Drive equipment.
- Tank entry and confined space training
- Operation of hand tools.
- Wash work orders.
- Tank steam for cleaning.
- Steam product for repair.
- Assist in wash order scheduling.
- Boiler operation and maintenance of pumps, blowers, etc.
- Identify wash orders to be completed and know your limitations.
- Comfortable working either indoors or outdoors (Appropriate gear is provided).

**Skills**:

- Positive and strong work ethic.
- Must be ok working from heights over 20 ft.
- Positive attitude and job performance.
- Shop experience, including working around steam equipment.
- Must be capable of working in wet and humid conditions and exposure to normal wash rack cleaning materials.
- Basic understanding of shop safety, shop work practices, mechanical systems, and use of hand and power tools.

Educational Requirements:

- Valid Driver's License.
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
