We are looking for a Regional Product Business Manager, Flow or Level, Temperature + Pressure to join our group. As a Regional Product Business Manager, Flow or Level, Temperature + Pressure at Endress+Hauser, you’ll be at the forefront of driving business growth and innovation. Your role will involve crafting and executing strategic sales plans, transitioning customers from competitors, and identifying new opportunities within the Flow or Level, Temperature + Pressure portfolio. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding Endress+Hauser’s presence with key customers, acting as a crucial link between Marketing and Sales to pinpoint product needs. By managing a healthy sales pipeline and steering strategic projects to completion, you’ll ensure the company meets its business goals and exceeds customer expectations.

**Which tasks will you perform?**
- Develop and execute targeted sales plans.
- Business Development for growing business in Endress+Hauser within assigned industry and product focus.
- Actively transition customers from competitive products to Endress+Hauser products
- Identify and develop new customers and opportunities within the oil industry.
- Establish and expand Endress+Hauser's presence on AMLs with key customers and prospects.
- Technical liaison between Marketing and Sales to identify specific product and solution needs.
- Monitor and manage the health of the sales pipeline, ensuring a robust flow of opportunities and consistent progress toward closing deals.
- Drive strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Joint field calls with specific visit objectives and follow-up plans.
- Develop adoption strategies with key sales channel partners for key regional accounts.
- Target specific technology or process influences, facilitate return on investment justification efforts on behalf of customers and lead/co-lead business development objectives for product, service and solutions sales.
Educate and train customers and sales channels on instrumentation best practices.
