Newmarket, Canada MP Home Maintenance - Newmarket Full time

**Student Works is a home maintenance company that provides window cleaning, gutter cleaning and power washing services to households and commercial buildings. Last summer we sold and produced over $150,000 and had over 300 clients. We are currently looking to add one sales representative to our team to generate door-to-door leads, perform qualifying calls, and on-site estimate to book jobs with clients.. This year is going to be a great one, with a company goal of maximizing growth while maintaining a fun and enjoyable experience for our team, through our Work Hard, Play Hard strategy.**

**About the Job**
- ** You will be going door to door offering to schedule free estimates for window cleaning, eavestrough cleaning, and pressure washing.**
- ** You will be trained in how to handle objections. as well as how to schedule estimates at the door.**
- ** After the trial period, you will be trained on how to perform qualifying calls with leads to transition them into booked estimates.**
- ** From there, you will be trained in on-site estimating with clients to book jobs.**

**Job responsibilities**
- ** Generate leads, as well as convert leads to estimates at the door**
- ** Build rapport with customers**
- ** Potential for future promotions within the company**
- ** Work locally and we operate mostly in Richmond Hill and Markham**

**Job Requirements and Benefits**

- ** Previous infield marketing, customer service and sales experience an asset**
- ** Must be willing to work outdoors**
- ** Reliable transportation to and from sites in Newmarket**
- ** 30-50+ hours a week (flexible schedule)**
- ** Position runs March-August**
- ** Can make $18 - $25+ an hour depending on performance**
