Types: Part-time retail sales, part-time/full-time keyholders and a full-time store manager. **Job description** Sales associate job duties include: providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products according to company standards, learn about products, receiving merchandise and maintaining store, cash handling, and any other tasks such as promotions and working together as a team to improve the sales of the store and working conditions for all. KeyHolder job duties include: All the sales associate duties with the addition of supervisor duties such as closing and opening the store, ensuring the tasks are done accordingly, training of staff, delegate and assign tasks in positive way in a safe working environment that encourages team work. You will "act" as the manager while the manager is not in the store. Store Manager job duties include: All duties required of the keyholder plus you will be responsible for controlling the store budget, sales, training of staff, executing/ delegating any tasks and promotions, be knowledgeable of how to perform all tasks well from sales associate to keyholder so that you can lead by example. You will be required to open and close the store on a regular basis. You are to communicate with the Sr. Manager on the operations of the store and inform of any challenges and improvements that can be made. **Job Type**: Part-time Part-time hours: 0-20 per week **Salary**: $13.00-$13.50 per hour Flexible language requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Holidays - Monday to Friday - On call - Weekend availability COVID-19 considerations: All associates will need to follow provincial COVID-19 guidelines and take precautions set out by the company. **Education**: - Secondary School (preferred) **Experience**: - sales: 1 year (preferred) - customer service: 1 year (preferred) Expected start date: 2021-09-01
