Job Title: Jewelry Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell company products, including jewelry items, to prospective customers
- Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Understand customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and recommendations
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company's product offerings and industry trends
- Create and maintain a customer database to drive sales and customer loyalty
- Participate in product training sessions and stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Attend trade shows and events to represent the company and promote products
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the jewelry industry
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Knowledge of current market trends in the jewelry industry
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

**Education and Experience**:

- Secondary (high) school graduation is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the jewelry industry
- Familiarity with gemstones, precious metals, and jewelry manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in English and Tamil language

**Terms of Employment**
- This position will be a full time permanent position (40 hours/week).

**Language of work**
- English and Tamil is preferred

**Wage**
- The compensation will be $18 to $20, based on market and level of experience
- Upto 10% Bonus will be paid based on performance
