**Job responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for new and old students registration, arrange students' class schedule and classroom allocation;
2. Responsible for students courses/class renewal, and complete the renewal task;
3. Maintain timely and effective communication with students and their parents and establish a good relationships, and build mutual trust;
4. Responsible for tracking and understanding the students’ learning progress, and respond to all kinds of emergencies at any time; 　

5. Understand the teacher's teaching style and characteristics, establish a good communication relationship with the teacher, and communicate the student's situation and requirements in a timely manner, and raise suggestions for improvement;
6. Make phone calls and text message with students' parents to update the progress;
7. Responsible for the daily operation of the school's WeChat customer service account, and cooperate with the marketing department to complete daily updates, record and assign new students to the sales department's course consultants.

8.The administrator needs to assist with various school performances and competitions; and undertake tasks temporarily assigned by the principal.

**Job requirements**:
1. Diploma or degree or above
2. More than 1 year of work experience as sales representative,school admissions adviser, customer service, or other relevant experience.
3. Take initiative, and have a strong sense of responsibility;
4.Enjoy interacting with young students,have patience, kind, and passionate.

**Job type**: Part time or full time

Salary/wage+competitive commission on course admission, course renewal

English and Mandarin Speaking

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
