Levicann is a cannabis retail store with locations in uptown Toronto and Keswick. We are looking for driven and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about cannabis to join our growing team "Cannabis is a valuable part of our diverse and vibrant community, so let's lift one another." - LEVICANN The Budtender is responsible for creating a meaningful client experience from the moment they enter the store until such time they finalize the sale. They must have great knowledge and be willing to learn the variety of products we carry. Passionate about the industry, positive attitude, and willing to grow with the team, they must understand rules and regulations as well store policies. Assist customers and be able to guide them to the right selection based on their needs and request. **Job description** Reporting to the store Manager and Management team. The Budtender must possess a Cannsell and have the ability to provide an exceptional client experience. In addition to the above, the Budtender must be able to demonstrate the following: - Ability to assist and guide the client through the products and identify their wants/needs. - Ability to understand the variety of products carried - Ability to understand and listen to the client by asking questions the right questions and ensure they go home with the product they are looking for. - Goal driven to achieve sales goals and complete duties as assigned daily - Ability to work within a team environment and/or independently, if required. - Ability to effectively communicate with both staff members, Management team and clients. - Ability to drive a positive atmosphere, customer experience and be able to build trust and loyalty with customers. - Must possess strong organizational skills and be detail oriented - Possess strong written and verbal communication skills - A valid driver's license and own vehicle as travel between different locations is occassionally required. **Qualifications**: - In possession of CannSell Certification - Familiar with various Cannabis strains, brands, and accessories. - Minimum experience of 2 years within a retail setting. - Valid Driver’s License - Full 'G' - Clear Driver’s Abstract and Clear Criminal Background Check - A Smart Phone with a data plan and a car charger - This position requires you to own or lease a reliable insured vehicle and to follow all traffic laws and established traffic transportation procedures - Experience with computer technology, including Front/Back office POS systems, and iOS devices. - Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends. - Must be able to lift, stack, and carry up to 50 pounds (22.5 Kg). **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Casual, Seasonal **Salary**: $16.65-$19.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Casual dress - On-site parking - Store discount Schedule: - 7-10 hour shifts - Day shift - Holidays - Monday to Friday - Evening shift - Weekends as needed Supplemental pay types: - Retention bonus - Tips **Experience**: - Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.55-$20.86 per hour **Benefits**: - Casual dress - On-site parking - Paid time off - Store discount Schedule: - Day shift - Evening shift - Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed Supplemental pay types: - Tips **Experience**: - Cannabis Customer Service: 1 year (required) Ability to Commute: - Greater Toronto Area, ON (required) Work Location: In person
