**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with various construction tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, and operating machinery.
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at the construction site.
- Follow instructions from supervisors or skilled workers to ensure safety and efficiency on the job.
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks.
- Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints is a plus.
- Familiarity with construction materials, tools, and equipment is beneficial.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills on the job.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
