Owner/operator Class 1

Responsibilities: - Transport freight in a safe and timely manner - Operate commercial vehicles in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations - Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency - Load and unload cargo using forklifts or other appropriate equipment - Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers - Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or accidents Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a commercial driver - Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures - Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts - Familiarity with local roads, highways, and traffic patterns Skills: - Strong communication skills to interact with dispatchers, customers, and fellow drivers - Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines - Attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with regulations - Ability to work independently and make decisions on the road - Physical stamina to handle loading and unloading of cargo As an Owner Operator Driver, you will have the opportunity to be your own boss while enjoying the benefits of working with a reputable company.
