**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist in daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while promoting a safe and productive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $15.00-$30.30 per hour
