**About the Team & Business Line**:
Intelligent Automation (IA) is a multidisciplinary team within the Transformation Office (TO), tasked with identifying, developing, and deploying automated solutions by leveraging a variety of emerging technologies. These technologies encompass Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation, Test Automation, Business Process Management, APIs, and Cloud Services.
**Your Role**:
- Own/Oversee execution of multiple concurrent projects end to end
- Maintains project reporting and project plans used for senior management reporting
- Oversee Working Group meetings for all assigned projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create new initiatives and refine existing processes that drive value for the company
- Oversee execution of all business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and software documentation
- Assess business processes for transformation and/or automation
- Lead discussions with stakeholders to brainstorm solutions and assess feasibility
- Own and review solution design documents clearly articulating as-is and to-be states
- Document and communicate business outcomes and gains from proposed solutions
- Oversee all aspects of the project life cycle including but not limited to: scoping, analyzing, developing solutions, reviewing deliverables, from executing to implementing change.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communications
- Examine project reports to confirm their accuracy and maintain consistent communication
- Ensure takeaways from retrospectives are implemented
- Establish best practices/industry standards set by Citco while designing solutions
- Determine staffing and budgetary requirements for the team
- Perform detailed risk analysis and reporting
- Work with vendors on best practices and solution designs
- Provide mentorship to team members and facilitate their skill development
- Ensure all required reporting is completed on time and with accuracy
- Ensure all risks have a mitigation plan and shared with leadership in a timely manner

**About You**:
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
- 8+ years of experience with agile project management, delivering projects on time and within scope
- 5-8+ year experience in managing people specifically a group of developers, BAs, and PMs
- Strategic mindset with a creative problem-solving approach
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication, engaging diverse audiences
- Proficient in leading code reviews, design sessions, and technical documentation review
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence for project management
- Skilled in driving efficiencies through automation
