We are currently seeking a motivated **Pro Shop Attendant**/**Assistant Golf Professional** to join our golf operations team for the season.

**Position Summary**

As an Assistant Professional at Glen Eagle, you will play a key role in the daily success of our golf operation. You will assist in delivering exceptional service, running/managing events, supporting instructional programs, and fostering a positive golf experience for every guest.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and public guests
- Assist with daily golf operations, including tee time management, point-of-sale transactions, and player check-in
- Support and lead the execution of leagues, tournaments, and corporate outings
- Provide private and group instruction to players of varying skill levels
- Maintain and manage practice facilities and rental equipment
- Assist with merchandising, inventory control, and golf shop presentation
- Supervise and mentor part-time golf shop and outside service staff
- Uphold Glen Eagle’s service standards and promote the game of golf positively

**Qualifications**
- PGA of Canada Member in good standing (Apprentice or Class “A”), or pursuing such
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
- Passionate about golf with a strong knowledge of the game and industry trends
- Customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with golf software (e.g., Tee-On, Golf Genius) is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and strong organizational skills
