We are looking for a Warehouse Worker to join our team in Abbotsford on a contract basis, working the 11:00am to 7:30pm shift.

This role will be working with our Operations Manager and Plant Supervisor with warehouse responsibilities and inventory.

For requirements, responsibilities, etc.
- Move material safely and on a timely basis within facility and inside or outside of trailers
- Conduct trailer inspections (trailer inspection checklist) prior to loading and unloading
- Conduct external trailer inspection prior to loading finished goods trailers
- Operate Automatic shrink-wrapping machine to wrap finished goods/Rolls
- Lifting up to 40-50 pounds throughout the day
- Dumping Waste
- Weekly/monthly inventory counts
- Buildkits
- Receive incoming shipments and preparing outbound shipments.
- Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or using basic material handlingequipment
- Perform other material handling activities such as counting, weighing, sorting, packing and unpacking
- Stacks skids or pallets in designated areas
- Ensure that material storage areas are kept organized and clean
- Perform forklift inspection at shift start or before first use and report any damage immediately
- Diligently follow lockout/tagout procedures whenever required
- Light cleanup maintenance

**Forklift certification - nice to have

**Must be able to use a computer and enter information

Ø Daniels Health is looking for someone with a can-do attitude who is committed to efficient, timely scheduling that has previous experience in a labor-intensive job. A person with proven longevity with their employers that we can rely on

Ø Opportunities for overtime-we always need extra handson deck so overtime opportunities are plentiful

Ø Work hours - Monday - Friday position - shift from 11:00am-7:30pm

Ø Payrate: $20-$21/hr with a $0.50c shift premium
