The **_Prince George Hospice Palliative Care Society_** is looking for a **Manager **for our McGill location

The Manager will be responsible for:

- Ensuring standards for product quality, customer service, and health and safety are met.
- Managing staff and volunteers and promoting a positive working environment by providing leadership and guidance
- Organizing store operations and allocating tasks and responsibilities for staff to perform.
- Various human resource functions such as hiring, scheduling and performance evaluations
- Ensuring business growth by supporting and developing annual marketing and sales plans
- Reviewing financial reports for profitability and reviewing variances implementing corrective actions when necessary
- Maintaining a professional working relationship with donors, customers, service providers, staff and community partners
- Working closely with the manager of the McGill location and cover for vacation relief. (You will be required to be at the McGill store on an occasional basis)
- Attend Society meetings and trainings as required
- Training
- $24.00/hour starting wage
- Tuesday to Saturday shift
- 96 hours annual sick pay
- 3 weeks paid vacation
