**The Role**

As a Wagon Driver, you will play an important role in the operation of one of Saunders Farm’s most popular attractions. Working closely with the Attractions Manager, you will execute a smooth, safe, and memorable experience for farm visitors participating in our Harvest Hayride. Your key responsibilities include:

- Operating a tractor, pulling a wagon of adults and children on a designated route.
- Completing safety checks of tractor and wagon before and after your shift.
- Reporting any mechanical problems or safety concerns to the Operations Manager.
- Learning wagon routes and ensuring rides are completed on time according to the departure schedule.
- Engaging with guests to ensure an enjoyable and positive experience.
- Addressing guest concerns and questions.
- Being responsible for the safety of the patrons while promoting a fun and secure experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- G Driver’s License - required.
- Previous experience operating a tractor or other large equipment is an asset.
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with visitors and team members.
- Be committed to upholding safety standards and guest satisfaction.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and operate machinery for extended periods.Flexibility in working hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to contribute to a fun and energetic atmosphere.
