Portofino Bakery is part of Bond Bakery Brands, a stakeholder-focused investment platform started by three friends, and includes Pace Processing & Product Development, Holy Napoli and Coco Bakery. Together, we are building better bakeries. **Position Summary** **The Bread and Butter of the Position**: **Daily DSD (Direct Store Delivery) Order Generation**: - Ensure accurate and clean upload of daily inventory data into a demand planning tool. - Maintain the demand planning tool to account for all relevant variables. - Review demand planning outputs and proactively identify and address issues **Inventory Control**: - Develop and draft the production work orders for the upcoming week for approval. - Conduct daily work order checks and adjust production plans daily. - Monitor stock levels at all storage locations and points of distribution to ensure they are within min/max limits. - Develop inventory replenishment plans for third-party products. **Planning & Development Team Support** - Learn the key activities within the Planning & Development department, supporting these functions as requested by the manager. **Other duties assigned** **The Ingredients You Bring to the Table**: - Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis). - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with Production, Sales, and Warehouse teams. - Experience in demand planning, inventory control, or a related field is preferred. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs. - Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) or demand planning tools is preferred. **The Details You'll Loave**: - $55,000-$65,000 annual salary depending on experience - Healthy and frequent raises. - Annual bonuses based on performance metrics. - Medical & Dental benefits including Life Insurance after 3 months. - Access to complementary "staff bread" to take home. - Opportunity for growth - Paid Training - Comprehensive Wellness and Leadership Development Program **Our Values and What We Expect From Our Breadhead Team Members**: **Integrity** We keep it real — in the way we treat our customers, in the way we speak with one another, in the way we walk our safety talk, and in the way we make our products.
