Other jobs will include stocking shelves, product packaging, processing sales through Lightspeed retail, tidying & cleaning, and answering phones. Prior product knowledge not required but welcomed. Flexible work hours for part time including part day shifts, one or two days a week or more hours up to and including full time employment available. Come join our team

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
- Basic retail knowledge is a plus but not required to perform duties.

**Skills**
- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments, work under pressure and multi-task
- Ability to walk, stand and move around for long periods of time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
