**Responsibilities**
- **Operational Oversight**- Lead valet attendants to ensure smooth and professional service.
- Monitor vehicle flow and prevent congestion at valet areas.
- Ensure all valet processes are executed efficiently and securely.
- Conduct pre-shift and end-of-shift equipment checks and reports.
- **Guest Experience & Service Excellence**- Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests.
- Ensure proper handling of guest belongings and vehicle security.
- Address guest concerns promptly and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company service standards.
- **Team Leadership & Training**- Assign roles and responsibilities for optimal efficiency.
- Conduct structured training for new valet attendants.
- Enforce punctuality, uniform compliance, and grooming standards.
- Provide performance feedback and escalate HR issues when needed.
- **Compliance & Safety**- Ensure valet operations follow company safety and security protocols.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in guest interactions.
- Adhere to all vehicle handling and security procedures.
- Halt valet operations in case of emergencies and assist as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong customer service skill
- Available Part-time Monday to Wednesday 24h/W (rotation shifts)
