**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist Baker in bread/food preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and utensils.
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures.
- Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Support the Baking staff during peak hours to ensure timely preparation.
- Participate in maintaining kitchen equipment and reporting any maintenance issues.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service or Baking environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn from experienced Baker.
- A passion for the food retail industry and commitment to providing excellent service.

Note: Able to work night shifts and weekends.

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
