**Responsibilities**
- Ensure quality control, timely construction, and completion of homes _
- Assist with the supervision of all phases of home construction
- Ensuring specifications are met; detailed inspections
- Assist in the quality control, timely construction and completion of residential homes
- Responsible to perform basic carpentry, general labor duties including but not limited to, digging, sweeping and lifting.
- Prepare all houses for walkthroughs and possession’s
- Provide support to the Site Superintendent with daily duties
- Perform a variety of construction tasks

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the residential home building industry
- 1-2 years experience in the residential home building industry
- Class 5 driver’s license
- Must have a sense of urgency and an ability to react well under pressure
- Working knowledge of current building codes and construction methods
- Experience using basic hand tool and power tools
- Must be self motivated and able to carry a heavy workload
- Ability to take direction

**Education**:

- Certificate/degree/diploma in construction related field (asset, not required)
- WHMIS 2015 (required, will be provided if applicant does not have)
- Emergency or standard first aid (required, will be provided if applicant does not have)
