Our expanding office is looking for a dependable, experienced and friendly senior receptionist. This is a PT/FT position. We are a modern family oriented practice in Squamish with friendly team. We are paperless office. Our aim is to provide excellent care and smooth experience for all our patients. Knowledge of Tracker and insurances are necessary. Great interpersonal skills are important for this position. We are looking for a loyal and positive team member who is detailed oriented and passionate about her work.

Expected job duties:
Experience in optimizing schedule consistently for the doctor and hygienist.

Offer our patients a positive experience on the phone and in person

Making sure appointments are booked and following up with pre-auths.

Demonstrated the ability to manage multiple priorities

Billing Insurance and collecting balances

Account receivables, Send out insurance per-authorizations and following up.

Recall management/ Treatment Coordination

If you have PREVIOUS DENTAL EXPERIENCE and would like to be in a beautiful, serene place like Squamish, this is a great opportunity

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-32 per week
