Barista

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and blended drinks, following recipes and quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about our menu items.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and counters, and ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
- Uphold our café's brand image and standards by presenting beverages in an attractive and consistent manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and contribute to a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 months of experience working as a barista in a café, coffee shop, or similar setting.
- Must be willing to learn espresso bar
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends *MUST BE AVAILABLE MOST SATURDAYS*
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for delivering high-quality beverages and service.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $17.50-$17.75 per hour
