Anne & Arthur, petite entreprise de services pour animaux, cherche à ajouter à son équipe un(e) Meneuse de Groupe. Fondée en 2016, Anne & Arthur offre un service hors pair aux propriétaires de chiens, chats et petits animaux domestiques partout en Outaouais.

Sous la supervision de la Coordonatrice des Services, le(a) Meneuse de Groupe a pour responsabilité de conduire le véhicule de l'entreprise pour cueillir chez les clients les chiens qui se joignent au groupe quotidien de promenade, de les conduire au lieu de la promenade et de mener la promenade en favorisant un environement de jeu stimulant et sécuritaire.

**Éducation et expérience**:

- Un (1) an d'expérience en tant que promeneur(se) de chiens professionel(le).

ET
- Diplôme d'études en soin animalier, éducation canine, assitante vétérinaire ou tout autre formation en lien avec le domaine canin.

OU
- Toute combinaison d'expérience et de formation jugée satisfaisante

**Aptitudes requises**:

- Promenade de chiens - Groupe sans laisses.
- Connaissance du langage corporel canin et gestion des interactions.
- Capacité à gérer efficacement une meute de chiens de compagnie.
- Habileté à communiquer efficacement avec l'équipe et la clientèle à l'oral et à l'écrit.
- Service à la clientèle impeccable
- Bilinguisme anglais/français

Anne & Arthur, small pet care services business, is looking to add a Pack Leader to its team. Founded in 2016, Anne & Arthur offers quality services to dog, cat and small animal owners all over the Outaouais.

Under the supervision of the Services Coordinator, the Pack Leader is responsible for driving the company vehicle to pick up at the clients location the dogs joining the daily pack walk, to drive them to the walk location and to lead the pack walk by ensuring a stimulating and safe environment.

**Education and experience**:

- One (1) year experience as a professional dog walker.

AND
- Diploma in animal care, dog training, veterinary assistant or any related field of studies

OR
- Any combination of education and experience considered satisfactory

**Required skills**:

- Dog walking - Off-leash packs
- Knowledge in canine body language and interactions management
- Ability in managing efficiently a pack of domestic dogs
- Ability to communicate efficiently with the team and clients orally or in writing
- Impeccable customer service
- French /English bilingualism
