- Plan, schedule, coordinate and conduct testing
- Maintain current SOPs
- Calibrate, clean and maintain laboratory equipment
- Other special projects as required

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Chemistry or related field
- 1-2 years hands-on experience in a laboratory
- Computer proficiency(Word, Excel, Access, graphing and database programs)
- Strong interpersonal, communication & organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good understanding of laboratory tests
- Analytical, mathematical and troubleshooting skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- To work independently and in a team
