**Responsibilities**:

- Perform visual inspection or on-board diagnosis as part of the preliminary diagnosis
- Perform all maintenance services in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and in line with the maintenance schedule / computer
- Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair
- Recognizing deviations or unusual wear and providing feedback to the Service Advisor
- Resetting the maintenance systems in accordance with the scope of maintenance
- Documenting the performed work and returning the workshop order

**Background & Skills**:

- Mercedes-Benz or other luxury brand experience an asset.
- Knowledge of the current After-Sales IT tools (eg. CDK, ASRA, TIPS, etc.)
- Red Seal Certification an asset
- Outstanding work ethic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must have a positive attitude and collaborate well with others
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

**Pay**
- $80,000 - $138,000
