**About Us**:
The International Youth Program is a renowned organization offering immersive educational experiences for international students. This role is part of our short-term winter camp program at the University of Toronto.

We are seeking an experienced ESL teacher to lead engaging and interactive lessons for a small group of 7-9 students from China. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a vibrant, short-term program designed to enhance students' English language skills in a supportive and professional environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver dynamic and well-prepared ESL lessons tailored to the needs of the group.
- Foster an inclusive and interactive classroom atmosphere.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to encourage growth.
- Collaborate with program staff to ensure a positive experience for students.

**Requirements**:

- Previous ESL teaching experience is required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- A commitment to creating a positive and engaging learning environment.

**Training**:
Comprehensive training will be provided before the program.
