THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Materials Department team is growing with it. You will play a pivotal role in the sourcing and identification of high-quality fabrics that achieve Creative’s vision and deliver on our customer’s needs. THE ROLE

As the Director of Materials, Fabric, you will lead the team to:

- Determine the approach for sourcing fabrics that fulfill the design vision
- Secure the best possible quality against defined standards, using industry-leading practices
- Secure the best possible lead times without compromising quality
- Secure the best possible margins without compromising lead-time and quality
- Ensure the high quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery of all materials prior to finished good production
- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Director of Materials, Fabric has:

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $150,000 - $225,000CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus.
