Hours are Monday to Friday - 8 am to 5 pm, and 4 hours on Saturday mornings.

**Job description**

Automotive Parts Person/CSR required for well-established automotive wholesaler

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Ensures exceptional customer satisfaction with accuracy and professionalism while processing purchases and customer orders.
- Assists in the resolution of customer queries.
- Responds to and directs where necessary, customer inquiries related to auto parts.
- Answers telephones and qualifies customer’s questions as required.
- Responsible to take orders accurately.
- Ensures accuracy of customer orders by spot checking throughout processing.
- Completes and balances all daily cash register paperwork and obtains verification when required.
- Follows proper customer order procedures including special and pre-paid orders, ensuring order forms are completed correctly.
- Stocks and maintains racks/shelves and merchandise areas as assigned.
- Associate is expected to maintain a safe working environment and follow all company protocols for safety and is required to report any unsafe working conditions to a manager.

**Requirements**:

- At least 18 years or older
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Strong computer knowledge
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, numeracy skills
- Courteous and friendly with high level of professionalism
- Able to multitask while talking to customers on the phone
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Able to actively listen to customer needs and problem solve
- Clean Drivers Abstract
- Eligible for benefits after 3 months of continuous service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
