Our **Royal Oak**location is looking for a **Part - Time Bakery Clerk**to join our family The bakery department is responsible for providing a delectably sweet treats and freshly baked breads, If this sounds like you we "knead" to meet you. **Responsibilities**: - Provide premier customer service by greeting customers and responding to questions and making recommendations when needed. - Ensure all prepared bakery items are properly labeled, covered and rotated and that shelves are stocked. - Process special orders on an as needed basis. - Prepare and package cookies, cakes and bread, and ice donuts and decorate cakes. - Adhere to all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety, company policies, and other programs and initiatives. - Perform other duties as required. **Working Conditions**: - Ability to safely bend, twist, and lift up to 50lbs on a consistent basis - Ability to walk and stand for a long period of hours - Ability to maintain a safe working environment and follow all safety procedures - A high-level of motivation and a proactive attitude - Desire to provide outstanding customer service and to comply with established department procedures and safe work practice - A willingness to learn and openness to coaching and feedback **Schedule Requirements**: - Ability to work during mornings ,weekends, occasional evenings, and holidays **Our amazing perks** - Get paid every Friday - Special Team Member Discount Program - Pay increases linked to performance - Flexible schedules posted in advance - Team Member assistance and wellness program - A positive and inclusive team-oriented environment - Recognition programs that regularly celebrate achievements CGLow **Job Type**: Part-time Pay: $17.40-$21.00 per hour Expected hours: 18 - 24 per week **Benefits**: - Company events - Employee assistance program - Flexible schedule - On-site parking - Store discount Flexible language requirement: - French not required Schedule: - Day shift - Evening shift - Holidays - Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed - Weekends only Work Location: In person
