**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Cylinder Head Technician** to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the proper inspection, repair, and remanufacturing of cylinder heads to meet high-performance standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inspect cylinder heads for cracks, warping, or other damages.
- Conduct magnetic particle inspections (magniflux) and pressure testing to determine the integrity of cylinder heads.
- Disassemble and clean cylinder heads using specialized equipment.
- Perform precision machining tasks such as milling deck surfaces and replacing valve seats and guides.
- Reassemble cylinder heads, including installing valves, springs, and seals, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Verify that all repaired cylinder heads meet quality control standards and specifications.
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in proper working condition.
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards within a manufacturing environment.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in automotive or mechanical fields is a plus.
- Prior experience in engine remanufacturing or cylinder head repair is strongly preferred.
- Experience in surface and valve grinding an asset
- Proficiency with machining tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and specifications.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Dedication to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Ability to lift and handle material weighing up to 40 lbs
