**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
The Gate and Parking Attendant will help manage guest entry. The Gate and Parking Attendant will be responsible for scanning tickets, verifying valid entries, assisting guests, and maintaining security protocols. This position requires great attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently during high-traffic events.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Use electronic devices to scan season passes and tickets.
- Verify guests’ season passes and tickets are valid by scanning barcodes.
- Ensure passholder matches the season pass photo.
- Provide information about park hours, policies, events, or other services available for season passholders and ticket holders.
- Direct guests to available parking spaces, offering guidance on where to park.
- Collecting parking fees, through credit/debit transactions.
- Ensure work area is kept clean and organized.
- Must be available to work all shifts whether they are morning, afternoon, or evening hours.
- Follow all park standards, policies, and procedures.
- All other duties as assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole and the Operations department. Management reserves the right to add or remove duties when circumstances (e.g. Emergencies, change in workload, rush jobs, staff levels, or technical development) arise.

The noise level is generally moderate.
