**How you’ll contribute**

As one of our **G Drivers / Installers**, you’ll play a key role in fulfilling our clients Scaffolding and Temporary Fencing needs through:

- Safely operating company truck throughout the day (up to 90%) and, with the assistance of your Driver Helper, loading/unloading, pickup, and delivery of temporary fencing and scaffold materials to various client sites
- With the assistance of your Driver Helper, setting up and dismantling temporary fencing panels weighing up to 65lbs from various client sites, using manual hand tools where required
- Conducting daily inspection of orders, checking for any damage or defects prior to return or delivery
- Preparing daily orders through sorting, stacking, cleaning, and banding of Scaffold / Temporary Fencing products
- Following all Company procedures involving the transfer and set-up of Scaffold and Temporary Fencing products
- Maintaining all inventory control documents to preserve the integrity of our Rental Management computer system.
- Conducting yourself professionally at all times when dealing with co-workers, clients, and third-party suppliers
- Maintaining cleanliness of the company truck and completing all daily tasks and reports related to vehicle usage such as truck refueling, run sheets, inspection reports and maintenance.
- Completing a daily truck inspection at the start of the day and reporting any damage or maintenance requirements to your supervisor
- Immediately advising your supervisor of all customer complaints.
- Adhering to and promoting our Company Safety Policies and conducting safe work practices while on client sites, including wearing required PPE
- Checking in with your supervisor for additional duties as assigned including, but not limited to, housekeeping, yard and facility maintenance, etc.

**What we’re looking for**
- Minimum 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required
- G Class Driver’s License with clean drivers abstract (valid within the last 90 days)
- Previous G Class driving and delivery experience
- 1-2 years of related experience in general labour, installation, scaffolding, construction, or similar background
- Exceptional communication skills and customer service skills, able effectively able to deal with internal staff and clients
- Comfortable operating an F350 company pick-up truck
- Comfortable with traveling up to 90% of the day, and working outdoors in all kinds of weather conditions
- Comfortable with repetitive reaching, lifting, bending, loading and unloading
- Comfortable physically setting up and dismantling 10’x 6’ Temporary Fencing panels, using manual tools where required
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis, up to 65 lbs. with assistance
- Able to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
