Domestic Window Air Conditioner Repairer responsibilities include:

- Replacing worn or damaged parts such as gaskets, filters and fan blades
- Testing repaired air conditioners to ensure they are in working order
- Determining the cause of AC malfunctions
- Inspecting and testing components using hand tools and other diagnostic equipment
- Repairing or replacing worn or damaged parts
- Adjusting functional parts of AC units to ensure proper operation
- Cleaning and maintaining AC units according to manufacturers’ instructions
