**What you do**

Intern will participate with and contribute to the Global Distribution team. Providing Salesforce data entry and clerical support functions for Canada broker and client data to the Global Distribution team. The internship program is designed to provide the intern with an opportunity to work side-by-side with our Global Distribution team of professionals. Interns will participate in a wide range of learning and development opportunities including job shadows, attendance at internal meetings designed to expose the intern to areas of insurance.

**Some of your specific responsibilities could include**:

- Global Distribution tasks
- Pulling data from various sources and enter into excel; run reports, in order to analyze the department book's performance and monitor progress.
- Scan and save file documentation retrieved from boxes into appropriate accounts.
- Create presentations for the department which details the features, advantages and benefits of new products.
- On the Job Learning
- Participate in a wide range of learning and development activities focused on immersing the intern into how insurance works.

**What you’ll bring to the role**- Currently pursuing university degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Risk Management or related discipline
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Knowledge of basic math skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work as a team member in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong oral and written communication

The company offers a pay rate of $23 per hour for this internship. This is a Full time Summer Internship which will begin in May 2025.
