Your key responsibilities include: - Setting and achieving goals, planning, implementing, and evaluating age-appropriate activities that promote children’s cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development in accordance with the Ministry of Education’s **How Does Learning Happen** framework. - Supervising children in your care at all times and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment. - Organizing indoor and outdoor play areas, creating a welcoming space for all children. - Conducting daily health checks, maintaining documentation, and addressing any concerns with the Centre Supervisor. - Collaborating with the Hamilton Wentworth District School Board faculty and maintaining positive, professional relationships. **Ready to Apply?** Umbrella Family is committed to providing accommodations throughout the hiring process to applicants in compliance with the **Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)**.
